Returns & Exchange Policy

At J2911 Clothings, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As a made-to-order clothing brand, we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations once production has begun on your order. However, we do offer exchanges for sizing issues and returns for damaged or defective products.

 Return Policy

We have high standards when it comes to processing your order however, If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at jeremiah29vs11clothings@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. Please also provide us with a clear photo of the defect or discrepancy.

If approved, and your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email within 24hours to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then review your claim within 1-3 days and determine whether to issue a refund or offer an exchange.

We aim to process any return or exchange within 7-14 days of receipt, however in exceptionally busy periods (such as during sales) this may take up to 28 days.

Please note: if you return a faulty item before informing us, we will not be able to issue any postage or shipping reimbursements as faulty returns need to be approved. We reserve the right to refuse any returns if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return. Please note that we are unable to offer returns or refunds for custom orders, including any orders with personalized text or graphics.

Exchange Policy

If you need to exchange an item due to sizing issues, please contact us at jeremiah29vs11clothings@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

Please kindly note:

You will be responsible for paying all shipping and associated costs for an exchange therefore we recommend sending through a courier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation as we cannot be held liable for lost packages.

Cancellation Policy

As a made-to-order clothing brand, we are unable to offer cancellations once production has begun on your order. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
